Printer ships from China and it takes normally around 4 days before item is shipped and couple days after that before we receive tracking number as printer has to be sent first from our factory in Guangzhou to forwarder.
There is couple things that can cause this and often there has been misunderstanding of how to connect hotend fan. Hotend fan should be installed directly to power supply so that it will run continuously when power is connected. Also check the temperature, nozzle distance from bed as this also can cause clogging. Also do not leave hotend on for too long periods of time without actually printing as this can also cause the clogging.
This usually is caused because either thernistor is broken, wire is cut or broken (which causes def) or then thermistor or wires are shorted (this causes it show max temperature)
